MAKING AND KEEPING APPOINTMENTS

Many of your appointments are scheduled weeks in advance and we make every effort to confirm these 1-2 days prior.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment we ask that you contact our surgery with no less than 48hrs notice so that we may accommodate another patient.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our practice requires payment on the day of treatment. Payment can be made by: cash, credit card or eftpos. We also provide the hicaps facility to enable you to claim through your private health fund before paying your part of the account.
